By purchasing you are confirming that you are over 18 years of age and agree not to use this product on anyone under 18 years of age - doing so is at your own risk and liability.

If you ever have a problem with your order, please contact us directly - we pride ourselves on our customer service and will do our best to help you. We do not accept returns and do not refund any purchases except in the case of damage from shipping.

Purchase and use of this product is at your own discretion and your own responsibility. When purchasing, you agree to hold harmless Hemp Hill Pharm, LLC. in the event of any adverse effects or consequences arising from consumption and use. Long term benefits and consequences of use are not yet established and the user assumes responsibility for this personal decision.

Hemp Hill Pharm sells full spectrum products from industrial hemp which is grown under license from the Tennessee Department of Agriculture (TDA). All of our oil is derived from industrial hemp grown in Jackson, TN and has been inspected by the TDA and complies with all state rules and regulations including the requirement for all products to contain less than or equal to 0.3% THC according to testing protocols established in Tennessee. The THC levels in our products are always under 0.3% as required by the TDA regulations and as established as common practice and acceptance in most states.

Take only as recommended on the product label. While we ship to all 50 states, ordering and receiving this product is at your own risk.  Please check your state and local laws and regulations on the legality of receiving products derived from industrial hemp.

Hemp Hill Pharm products are formulated based on 3rd party lab tests of our full spectrum hemp oils.  Please see the certificates of analysis on this website for all final products for the exact contents of each batch.
